Family Groups

Life is better together. From the earliest church gatherings in homes (Acts 2:46), God’s people have grown in faith through fellowship, prayer, and breaking bread together. Our Family Groups follow this biblical model—small communities where we do life side by side and encourage one another in Christ.

Family Groups meet weekly (or bi-weekly) in homes around Port Orange and Ormond Beach for fellowship, discussion, and spiritual growth.

Harper’s Group (Ormond Beach)

Primarily geared toward adults 40 and over, this group welcomes all who desire meaningful connection and spiritual growth. The group follows the Sunday sermon series, providing a cohesive and engaging environment for discussion and reflection. While childcare is not provided, the atmosphere is warm, encouraging, and focused on doing life together through God’s Word.

Snellenberger’s Group (Ormond Beach)

This group begins with shared dinner and fellowship, followed by a relaxed and welcoming discussion time. Guided questions help shape the conversation, while allowing room for organic dialogue and meaningful reflection. Participants are encouraged to explore Scripture, ask questions, and grow together in faith.

Gorshack’s Group (Port Orange)

Meeting Tuesday evenings from 6:30–8:00 PM, this multigenerational group welcomes individuals in all stages of their faith journey. The group engages in open forum discussion centered on the upcoming Sunday message. Children are welcome to join, though formal childcare is not provided.

Williams’ Group (Port Orange)

This group begins with dinner and fellowship, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Discussion is guided by prepared questions but allows for organic, faith-centered conversation. It’s a space where participants can connect, reflect, and grow together.

Janiszewski's Group (Port Orange)
